Fear has made itself quite comfortable in my life. A lot of how I've chosen to show up in the world has been due to my fear of being judged. I now make a conscious effort to get comfortable with my fears and do not allow them to keep me from doing what I truly desire.

When fears comes up, you can do the following:
1. Ask yourself why does this scare me? What is my fear trying to keep me "safe" from?
2. Feel into your fear and be present with it.
3. Set goals and actions for you in overcoming those fears and doing what you truly desire.
